If you are having problems using KlasDrive and feel you need Techinical Support, it is important that you include a detailed description of the problem. To aid in this KlasDrive can be configured to supply detailed diagnostics, which show all KlasDrive interactions with the underlying CAPI system.
To activate KlasDrive diagnostics open the setup window and select "Detailed AT Commands" from the Diagnostics box. This setting instructs KlasDrive to display detailed descriptions of its interactions with the CAPI system in its main window.

Clicking on OK will enable the changes, and cause KlasDrive to reregister with the CAPI system. The main KlasDrive window will detail KlasDrive's attempts to find and register with the CAPI system.
The next step is to attempt to use KlasDrive to make a connection over the ISDN. This is done using your favourite communications package. Having attempted to make a call, the KlasDrive window contains a log of all the CAPI calls made by KlasDrive and all the responses of the ISDN. For the most part these messages are not very intelligable unless you have a CAPI manual handy, but can be sent (my e-mail or Fax) with your request for Technical Support to help find the problem.

The best way of sending the diagnostics is to go to the Edit pulldown menu and click on Select All. The text can then be copied (Ctrl+Ins) and pasted into notepad or into your favourite word processor.
